6、GLISS.- The cover glass shall be flat and free from discolorations, scratches, and striae that interfere with reading of the indicator. It shall be mountsd in the flange by inserting it from within the case. Tempered glass shall be utilized . It shall be a minimum of 3/16-inch thick. 3.10.1 BNTIRSFL

7、ECTION COATINGS - A niagnesium fluoride coating in accordance with JAN-P-675 shall be applied to each surface of the cover glass and the lighting wedge. Coated surfaces shall not chip, scale, peel, flake, dissolve, discolor, or otherwise be adversely affecte by the environmental tests specified here

8、in or in normal service use.
