6、ion These nuts are intended for use in aircraft assemblies subjected principal- ly to shear loading. They are intended to be used with bolts of 1100 MPa tensile strength cl ass if i cat ion. The counterbore can accommodate a bolt plain shank in excess of assembly thickness, as well as the incomplete
