It is published on green paper for the needs of AECMA-Members. It has been technically approved

4、by the experts of the concerned Technical Committee following comment by the Member countries. Subsequent to the publication of this Prestandard, the technical content shall not be changed to an extent that interchangeability is affected, physically or functionally, without re-identification of the

8、esive For inspection and test purposes each batch of adhesive film shall be divided into elementary units of 50 m2. The number of elementary units to be taken from a specific batch size for acceptance testing is shown in table 2. Table 2 Sampling plan for acceptance testing of adhesive films 201 to

Testing in the as-received condition The primer shall be tested in accordance with the requirements given in column 5 of table 3 7.4.2 table 4 and shall comply with the properties of the material standard. The film adhesive shall be tested in accordance with the requirements

11、 given in column 5 of 7.5 The primer/adhesive system shall be tested in accordance with the requirements given in column 6 of table 5 and shall comply with the properties of the material standard. If one or two constituents (primer or adhesive) is supplied alone the other constituents used shall be

12、tested in accordance with the material standard. Testing in the cured condition 7.6 Sanction Failure to comply with any inspection or test shall be grounds for rejection. 8 Packaging 8.1 Primer 8.1 .I 8.1.2 product during shipment. The primer shall be filled into air tight containers. The individual

13、 containers shall be packed into shipping containers capable of protecting the 8.2 Adhesive 8.2.1 The adhesive film shall be covered on at least one side with a suitable release film which shall be chemically neutral and not affect the properties of the adhesive film during curing. The release film

14、shall be easily removable under normal working conditions. Each roll of adhesive shall be packaged individually in sealed bags of a chemically neutral 8.2.3 shipment and storage. The individual packages shall be packed into a shipping container to avoid da

16、mage during 8.2.4 Materials requiring cold storage Materials requiring cold storage shall be transported under conditions which do not cause deterioration in properties and shelf life. 9 9.1 9.1.1 a) b) C) d) e) f) 9) h i) 9.1.2 9.2 9.2.2 Marking NOTE : Attention is drawn to statutory regulations re

17、lating to the marking of primers and adhesive films. Primer The individual containers shall be clearly marked with the following information : trade name ; manufacturers name ; manufacturing plant ; batch number ; lot number ; number of containers ; date of manufacturing ; date of expiry ; storage c

18、onditions. The shipping container shall be legibly marked with not less than the information specified in 9.1 .I. Adhesive A durable label shall be attached to each package and roll identifying the following information : trade name ; manufacturers name ; manufacturing plant ; batch number ; lot and

19、 roll numbers ; date of manufacturing ; date of expiry ; storage conditions. The shipping container shall be legibly marked with not less than the information specified in 9.2.1. 1 O Certificate of conformity All material supplied shall be invoked by the appropriate material standard and be accompan

20、ied by a certificate of conformity. For acceptance a certified test report should be available containing at least : - - - adhesive film certificate including roll related defect report ; (and/or) adhesive primer certificate ; manufacturers quality control test report including the individual test r

22、aterial released the manufacturer shall issue a certificate of conformity stating that the material meets the requirements of the materials standard and that no change has occurred since the material was qualified. The following information shall also be provided on the release note or test reports
