Note: This document contains addenda pertaining to the LEED 2009 Alternative Compliance Paths for Projects Outside the U.S. This language was released in
3、 October, 2011 and was not reflected in the Reference Guide addenda. The 2009 Alternative Compliance Paths for Projects Outside the U.S. have been integrated into the rating system language as of the July 6, 2012 addenda release and all previous versions of these paths are no longer valid. The 2010 LEED Application Guide for Multiple Buildings and On-Campus Building Projects provide

Previously developed land includes a platted lot on which a building was constructed if the lot is no more than 1 acre; previous development o
11、n lots larger than 1 acre is defined as the development footprint and land alterations associated with the footprint. Rideshare is a transit service that involves sharing a single vehicle with multiple people, ex
21、cluding large-scale vehicles such as buses and trains. The rideshare transit facility must include a signed stop and a clearly defined waiting area. Additionally, the rideshare must include an enclosed passenger seating area, fixed route service, fixed fare structure, continuous daily operation, and
