Wie die Vorgngerwerkew

15、urde auch diese Richtlinie von einem DVS/VDI-Gemeinschaftsausschuss erarbeitet. Die Gesamtheit der Manahmendient dem Gesundheitsschutz durch Einhaltung dergeltenden Arbeitsplatzgrenzwerte in der Atemluft.Bei der Anwendung schweitechnischer Verfahrenentstehen je nach Art des Verfahrens, der Schwei-

28、zustze und Hilfsstoffe, des Grundwerkstoffes undgegebenenfalls dessen OberflchenbeschichtungSchadstoffe in unterschiedlicher Zusammensetzungund Menge. Um eine gesundheitliche Gefhrdungder Schweier und benachbarter Personen weitge-hend auszuschlieen, sind die Schadstoffe an der Ent-stehungsstelle zu

29、erfassen und gegebenenfalls durchzustzliche geeignete raumlufttechnische Manah-men aus dem Atembereich der Betroffenen fern zuhalten und abzufhren, sodass die Arbeitsplatzgrenz-werte dieser Schadstoffe sicher eingehalten werden.1.4 BegriffsbestimmungenErfassungsgeschwindigkeitDie Erfassungsgeschwind

30、igkeit ist die Strmungs-geschwindigkeit, mit der die Schadstoffe erfasstwerden.Freie LftungFreie Lftung ist der Luftaustausch von Raumluftgegen Auenluft durch Druckunterschiede infolgeWind und/oder Temperaturdifferenzen.LeitkomponentenAls Leitkomponente wird diejenige Schadstoffkom-ponente in einem

31、Schadstoffgemisch bezeichnet, diefr die jeweilige Verfahrens-/Werkstoff-Kombinationhinsichtlich ihrer Konzentration und Wirkungsstrkedominierend ist.Maschinelle (technische) LftungMaschinelle Lftung ist der Luftaustausch durch Fr-derung der Luft mittels Strmungsmaschinen (z.B.Ventilatoren, Turbinen)

32、.SchadstoffeSchadstoffe im Sinne dieser Richtlinie sind die beimSchweien, Schneiden und bei den verwandten Ver-fahren entstehenden atembaren Stoffe (Gase, Dmpfe,Rauche und Stube), die in unzutrglicher Konzentra-tion, wenn die in den Technischen Regeln fr Gefahr-stoffe (TRGS) angegebenen Arbeitsplatz

33、grenzwerteam Arbeitsplatz berschritten sind, zu einer Gesund-heitsgefhrdung fhren knnen. Sie zhlen zu den Ge-fahrstoffen im Sinne der Gefahrstoffverordnung.1.3 Aim of protective measuresIrrespective of the working techniques used, breatha-ble air of a quality acceptable from the perspective ofhealth

The overall aim is the protection of healthby observing the applicable limits at the workplace inthe air breathed.Depending on the welding technique applied, thefiller metals and auxiliary materials, the parent metaland its coating, if any

Excludinghealth hazards to the welders and any persons nearbyto the greatest possible extent requires that the con-taminants be captured at the source and that addi-tional appropriate ventilation measures be taken, ifrequired, to ke

36、ep these contaminants away from thebreathing zone of those concerned, and remove themso as to ensure compliance with limits at the work-place. 1.4 Terms and definitionsCapture velocityThe capture velocity is the flow velocity at which the contaminants are captured.Natural ventilationNatural ventilat

37、ion is the replacement of indoor airwith outdoor air as a consequence of pressure differ-ences due to the effects of wind and/or temperaturegradients.Principal componentsThe principal component in a contaminant mix-ture is that contaminant which, in terms of its quantityand effect, is dominant for t

38、he combination of tech-nique and materials in question.Mechanical ventilationMechanical ventilation is the replacement of air bymeans of air-moving machinery (such as fans, tur-bines).ContaminantsFor the purposes of this guideline, a contaminant isany respirable substance (gases, vapours, fumes andd

39、usts) generated in the course of welding, cutting orsimilar techniques, which, at unacceptable concentra-tions, i. e. when exceeding the limits for concentra-tions at workplaces as specified in Technische Regelnfr Gefahrstoffe (TRGS; Technical Rules for Hazard-ous Substances), can give rise to healt

Die Massenkon-zentration wird in mg/m3und die Volumenkonzentra-tion in ml/m3bzw. ppm (parts per million) angege-ben.2 Schadstoffe am ArbeitsplatzDas Entstehen gas- und partikelfrmiger Stoffe beimSchweien und bei verwandten Verfahren ist verfah-rens- und werkstoffabhngig. Die Gase ent

42、stehenvorwiegend als Reaktionsprodukte der eingesetztenund vorhandenen Gase und Gasgemische, die parti-kelfrmigen Stoffe entstehen zum berwiegendenTeil aus dem Schweizusatz. Die Wirkung derSchadstoffe auf den menschlichen Organismus ist ab-hngig von ihrer Konzentration und Zusammenset-zung. Ein Ma f

43、r die Bewertung stellen die Arbeits-platzgrenzwerte nach TRGS 900 dar.Da beim Schweien und den verwandten Verfahrenmeist Schadstoffgemische anfallen, verwendet manzur Beurteilung der Situation und zur Festlegung derSchutzmanahmen die Schadstoffe, die hinsichtlichder vorhandenen Konzentration und ihr

44、er Wirkungbei einer bestimmten Verfahrens-/Werkstoff-Kombi-nation berwiegen. Hierfr wurde der Begriff Leit-komponente“ geprgt.Die Leitkomponenten haben in Hinblick auf raum-lufttechnische Manahmen groe praktische Bedeu-tung, da sich der fr eine Auslegung erforderlicheBerechnungs- und Messaufwand dur

45、ch sie deutlichreduzieren lsst. Werden die fr die Leitkompo-nente(n) geltenden Grenzwerte in der Atemluft sichereingehalten, liegen auch die Konzentrationen der an-deren Schadstoffe im Schadstoffgemisch unterhalbihrer Grenzwerte.Fr die wichtigsten Kombinationen von Verfahrenund Werkstoffen in der Sc

46、hweitechnik sind die Leit-komponenten in Tabelle 1 zusammengestellt.Gasfrmige StoffeStickstoffoxide (NOx), nitrose GaseGaseStickstoffoxide entstehen im Allgemeinen am Randder Flamme oder des Lichtbogens durch zweistufigeOxidation des Luftstickstoffs. Stickstoffmonoxidoxidiert in der Luft bei Raumtem

47、peratur innerhalbvon Sekunden oder Minuten je nach Hhe seinerKonzentration zu Stickstoffdioxid. Mass concen-trations

48、are expressed in mg/m, volume concentra-tions in ml/m or ppm (parts per million).2 Contaminants at the workplaceThe generation of gaseous and particulate substancesin welding and similar techniques depends on thetechnique and materials used. Gases are largely reac-tion products of the gases and gas

49、mixtures used andpresent; particulates mainly stem from the fillermetal. The effect of the contaminants on the humanorganism depends on their concentration and on thecomposition of the contaminant mixture. An assess-ment can be made on the basis of the limits at theworkplace given in TRGS 900. As welding and similar techniques will mostly re-lease mixtures of contaminants, an assessment of thesituation and the spec
