17、er Ger-teaufstellung und Wartung erreicht werden. DieRichtlinienreihe richtet sich insbesondere an Mess-techniker, Ingenieure und andere Fachleute ohne spe-zielle meteorologische Ausbildung sowie an die Her-steller von meteorologischen Messgerten.In der vorliegenden Richtlinie wird eine bersichtber

The seri

24、es of stand-ards is particularly addressed to measurement techni-cians, engineers and other experts without specialmeteorological training, as well as to the manufactur-ers of meteorological instruments.The present standard gives an overview of generalproblems of meteorological measurements and im-p

25、arts basic knowledge of meteorology for measure-ment purposes. In this connection, quality assuranceplays a major role. The subsequent parts of the seriesof standards VDI 3786 deal with individual measure-ment variables (e.g. wind, temperature, precipitation,etc.), measurement methods (e.g. vertical

Die Konzeptionder Messstation und

32、die Interpretation der gewonne-nen Ergebnisse sind nicht Gegenstand dieser Richt-linie. Sie bedrfen spezieller Kenntnisse in Meteoro-logie und verwandten Gebieten und sollten daher vonFachleuten durchgefhrt werden.Fr zahlreiche umweltrelevante Fragestellungen inder Luftreinhaltung, Energiewirtschaft

33、, Heizungs-und Klimatechnik, Wasser-, Land-, Forst- und Bau-wirtschaft, im Verkehrswesen, in der Stadt- und Re-gionalplanung sowie zur Steuerung wetterabhngigerAblufe ist die Kenntnis der rumlichen Verteilungund zeitlichen Variation der meteorologischen Ein-flussgren erforderlich. Die notwendigen Da

34、tenwerden durch Messungen und Beobachtungen in derbodennahen Atmosphre, in der troposphrischenMischungsschicht oder auch im hheren, von der Bo-denreibung unbeeinflussten Atmosphrenbereich er-mittelt. 38、ater balance measurements,structural measurements)Details of the measurement performance and the useof the measurement techniques are described in VDIStandards and other regulations.Ambient air quality measurements can only be as-sessed and interpreted by using meteorological dataobtained simultaneo

39、usly. The design of the measur-ing station and the interpretation of the results ob-tained are not subject of this standard. They requirespecial knowledge of meteorology and related fieldsand should therefore only be made by experts.Knowledge of the spatial distribution and temporalvariation of mete

40、orological parameters is necessaryfor a range of issues relevant to the environment in airpollution control, energy management, heating andair conditioning, water management, agriculture, for-estry and construction, in transportation, in urban andregional planning as well as for the control ofweathe

The required data areobtained by measurements and observations in theground-level atmosphere, in the tropospheric mixinglayer, or in the upper atmospheric regions which areunaffected by bottom friction. Which system dominates at a location dependson the topography, the land use and the weather con-ditions. The principal meteorological param

44、eters forthe individual distance ranges can be assigned ac-cording to Table 1.The vertical structure of the lower atmosphere, whichis very important for the local climate, the transportof pollutants and changes in the concentration of pol-lutants, and also for the propagation of sound, is de-scribed

45、 e.g. by the vertical profiles of wind speed, air temperatureand air humidity, the variance of the vertical wind speed or anothermeasure of the vertical turbulent mixing, the height of the mixing layer,and depends on the radiation balance, the surface roughness, the total cloud cover, the cover of l
