3、endments to Recommendations T.4 and T.30 to include the optional use of the modulation system defined in Recommendation V.34. Amendment 2 to Recommendation T.90 covers the addition of a Telematics Profile Identifier to distinguish the use of the procedures in Annex Cfl.30, in the analogue mode with

4、the V.34 full-duplex mode from its use in the digital mode in the ISDN environment. The ITU Telecommunication Standardization Sector (ITU-T) is a permanent organ of the ITU. Some 179 member countries, 84 telecom operating entities, 145 scientific

6、 and industrial organizations and 38 international organizations participate in ITU-T which is the body which sets world telecommunications standards (Recommendations). The approval of Recommendations by the Members of ITU-T is covered by the procedure laid down in WTSC Resolution No. 1 (Helsinki, 1

In addition, the World Telecommunication Standardization Conference (WTSC), which meets every four years, approves Recommendations submitted to it and establishes the study programme for the following period. In some areas of information technology which fall within ITU-Ts purview, the necessa

12、ending of the XID information field (as defined in Recommendation T.90) in the DIS-DCSDTC interchange, it becomes necessary to distinguish the use of Annex Cfl.30 in analogue mode with V.34 full duplex from its use in digital mode in the ISDN environment. A new TPI, with its associated coding is the
