3、RT 1. LINE-CONDUCTED NOISES 1. PURPOSE The follwing test specification is valid only for line-conducted noise and determines the limit value of noise strength from noise sources and the nose immunity from noise catchers, as they are firmly installed in vehicles. Besides the measuring methods and equ
4、ipments for determination of noise quantities and of noise strength are decided. At the appliciation of this specification, comparable and reproducible measuring results should be obtained. 2. TESTING QUANTITY For determination of noise quantity from noise sources and of noise strength from noise ca
5、tchers min. 3 test samples are needed. The samples must fulfill the conditions required in the test specification, and the measuring values are to be documented in test certificate. 3. QUALITY CONTROL For the control of production quality and fulfilling of this specification the division quality con
6、trol and inspection is responsible. 4. PERMISSION BY THE GMDAT TECHNICAL CENTER The parts delivered for the installation in the production must correspond to the released test samples relative to the electro-magnetic compatibility. Each change of released part relative to this needs the permission o
7、f GMDAT TECHNICAL CENTER. 5. CONCEPTS 5.1. Electro-magnetic compatibility (EMV) Capability to function electric equipments in a certain electro-magnetic surroundings without opposed injury. 5.2. Electrical impulse is a current or voltage pulse, of which duration is short in comparison with considere
8、d time (see figure 1). For quantitive description of impulse following quantitives are useful. 9、representation of impulse characteristic quantity 5.2.1. Amplitude (Us, Is) is the top or max. vlaue of impulse. 5.2.2. Duration of impulse (T) is the time duration between two momentary values, at which the voltage resp. the current of impulse obtaines a decided fraction of amplitude. At the impuls
10、e in vehicle power supply the time is indicated as impulse duration, in which the momentary value exceeds 10% of top value and then drops again. 5.2.3. Rise time (TR) resp. fall time (TF) indicates the time duration, in which the impulse rises from 10% to 90% of its amplitude resp. falls from 90% to
11、 10% of its amplitude. 5.2.4. Pulse recurrence frequency is the number of impulse per time unit. 5.2.5. Impulse distance is the temporal interval from the self-corresponding marks of the second consecutive impulse. 5.3. Pulse string is a final number of tight consecutive impulses. The temporal inter
12、val of each impulse is in the order of impulse duration. 5.3.1. Time of impulse series (TIS) is the temporal interval between the momentary values, at which the voltage resp. the current of the first impulse exceeds 10% of amplitude of this impulse an fall 10% of its amplitude at the last impulse. 5
13、.3.2. Impulse series sequenced frequency is the number of impulse series per time unit. 5.3.3. Impulse series interval is the temporal interval from self- corresponding marks of the second consecutive impulse series. 5.4. Noise is the injury of function or destruction
15、 of electrical component parts and instruments through impulse on the Bod system or through electro-magnetic fields. 5.5.1. Line-conducted noise is a noise, which reaches to noise catcher form a noise source connected to the power supply over the lines of power supply. 5.5.2. Emitted noise is a nois
16、e, which reaches to noise catcher through electro-magnetic fields form the noise source. 5.6. Noise quantity is the time-dependent, electrical quantity, which can lead to noises. 5.7. Noise source is the source of electro-magentic noise quantities. 5.8. Noise replacing source is a noise impulse gene
17、rator with adjustable noise quantity and adjustable output impedence RI. 5.9. Noise catcher is an electrical equipment, of which function can be influenced by a noise quantity. 5.10. Noise resistance is the capability of electrical equipment (noise catcher) to endure noise quantities of decided heig
18、ht without injury of function. 6. MEASURING DEVICES 6.1. Oscilloscope For marking of noise quantity an oscilloscope (chiefly a storage oscilloscope with a storable recording speed of min. 10cm/us) is to be used with a tape width=100MHz and an input sensitivity of mim. 5mV/spacing.The registering can
19、 result with an adapted oscilloscope camera. 6.2. Key head The dividor ratio of key head should amount to 100:1 and the electric strength should be 1kV. The input impedence of key head in dependance upon the frequency should not fall below the values in the table. Min input impedance of Key head F Z

Line lengths devergent from this can have an influence on the measuring result and must be mentioned in measuring certificate. 6.3. Current meas

It must h
22、ave a measuring signal output, in order to indicate the current process on an oscilloscope. The measuring probe may have no measurable influence on the measuring current circuit. 6.4. Vehicle power supply balance network serves as reference network, by which noise sources are fed during the measurin
23、g. It dampens the noise quantities on the mass, as they are dampened in vehicle also in the practice. The basic circuit diagram is to be seen from figure 2. The continuous loadability of vehicle power supply balance network should amount to min. 25A. 6.5. Noise replacing source The noise replacing s
24、ource serves for judgment of noise resistance and for examination of endurance strength of noise catcher. It must deliver the test impulse specified in point 8.4 resp. impulse series.
