2、6 GM DAEWOO Auto & Technology 1. PURPOSE This specification defines general requirements for raw materials of 45% talc filled polypropylene applied to interior and exterior parts of a vehicle. 2. SCOPE This specification shall be applied to raw materials of 45% talc filled polypropylene used in all

3、passenger cars by GM DAEWOO Auto & Technology Company(hereinafter referred to as the “GMDAT“). 3. MATERIAL INDICATION Material indication: PP - TD45 Detailed contents shall conform to the indication method of synthetic resin materials for vehicles.(Spec. No: GMW3116) 4. APPLICATION Talc filled raw m

8、ified ranges. 6. TEST PIECE AND TEST 6.1. Test piece Test pieces shall be prepared with injection molding. Unless otherwise specified in the requirements of clause 5, they shall be conditioned at 235K and a relative humidity of 50% for 24 hours or more. 6.2. Test Tests shall be performed at 235K and

Approval and quality assurance procedure All raw materials shall be approved and regularly inspected for its quality prior to and during mass production delivery according to approval and quality assurance procedure for chemical raw materials(Spec. No. EDS-M-0102). 8. A
