3、int Using Salt 11.70 02.78 Date of Issue/ Preparedi Ausgabedaturn: 04/97 Ausgefertigt: I Scope The test serves to evaluate the corrosion protection of organic andlor inorganic coatings (e.g. oil, wax, paint, plastic or metallic subcoatings) on metals under the influence of accelerated outdoor exposu

4、re. The check simulates the infiltration initiated by a defined damage of the coating, surface corrosion and blistering. 2 Definition Accelerated outdoor exposure refers to a process in which the test piece is subjected to direct exposure to the atmospheric influences of precipitation, wind and sun

5、and temperature changes and in which the corrosive process is simultaneously accelerated by regular spraying of a NaCI solution. 3 Test Pieces 3.1 As far as possible, tests shall be pedormed on finished parts. The test may also2be performed on specially manufactured test plates, the size of which sh

6、all be at least (1 O0 x 100) mm . 3.2 If the size or design of the parts does not permit testing, test pieces of the largest size possible shall be taken from the finishe$%rt. It is vital that the influence of severe mechanical cold shaping and severe heating of the cut edges be avoided when on crea

7、tion of the test pieces. 3.3 If the test involves checking the infiltration resistance of coatings, the coating of the samples shall be scratched through to the substrate with a scribing iron. The scratch shall be at least 70 mm long. Different scratch shapes can be applied. The type of scratch depe

8、nds on the type of sample and/or the information desired at the end of the test. Scratches can be: One or more vertical scratches on a sample or a cross-cut (St. Andrews Cross). Other specific damage such as stone impact is also possible. If no significance is attached to monitoring edge corrosion o

9、n testing, all existing cut edges of the test piece shall be masked or sealed. The cut edges can be masked or sealed with, for example, adhesive tape or protective paint. 11、 des Korrosionsschutzes von KFZ-Lackierungen unter Verwendung von Salz 1 Zweck und Anwendung Die Prfung dient der Beurteilung des Korrosionsschutzes von organischen undloder anorganischen Beschichtungen (z.B. 01, Wachs, Lack, Kunststoff oder metallische Vorbeschichtungen) auf Metallen unter dem Einf

12、lu einer offenen beschleunigten Freibewitterung. Die Prfung simuliert die von einer definierten Verletzung der Beschichtung ausgehenden Unterwanderung, den Flchenrost sowie Blasenbildung. 2 Begriff Unter der offenen beschleunigten Freibewitterung versteht man, wenn Probekrper dem Angriff der Atmosph

13、re durch Niederschlge, Wind und Sonne sowie Temperaturunterschieden direkt ausgesetzt sind und gleichzeitig durch regelmiges Versprhen einer NaCl-Lsung der Korrosionsvorgang beschleunigt wird. 3 Probekrper und ihre Herstellung 3.1 Soweit mglich, sind Prfungen an Fertigteilen durchzufhren. Die Prfung

14、 kann auch an besonders hergestellten Prfplatten durchgefhrt werden. Die Gre der Prfplatten sollte mindestens (1 O0 x 100) mm2 betra.gen. 3.2 Falls Gre bzw. Gestalt der Teile eine Prfung nicht zulassen, sind grtmgliche Probekrper aus dem Fertigteil zu entnehmen, Es ist darauf zu achten, da beim Hera

15、usarbeiten der Probekrper der Einflu einer starken mechanischen Kaltverformung und einer starken Erwrmung der Schnittkanten vermieden wird. 3.3 Soll die Unterwanderungsbestndigkeit von Beschichtungen berprft werden, so mu die Beschichtung der Proben mit Hilfe einer Reinadel bis zum Substrat angeritz

16、t werden. Dieser Anri mu mindestens 70 mm lang sein. Es knnen unterschiedliche Formen von Anrissen aufgebracht werden. Die Art des Anrisses richtet sich nach der Art der Proben und/oder der gewnschten Aussage nach Ende der Prfung. Anrisse knnen sein: Ein oder mehrere senkrechte Anrisse auf einer Pro

17、be oder ein Kreuzschnitt (Andreaskreuz). Andere gezielte Beschdigungen, wie 2.B. Steinschlag sind ebenfalls mglich. Wird bei der Versuchsdurchfhrung kein Wert auf die Kontrolle der Kantenberostung gelegt, so mssen alle vorhandenen Schnittkanten des Probekrpers abgeklebt oder versiegelt werden. Das A

18、bkleben bzw. Versiegeln der Schnittkanten kann z.B. mit Hilfe von Klebeband oder Schutzlack erfolgen. 19、ally for this. 3.5 Number of Test Pieces For initial sample approval and in arbitration purposes, at least three test pieces shall be tested; one test piece shall be tested for routine quality control. 20、4.1 Test Stand The test stand surface for fastening the samples shall be aligned at an angle of (70 f 7)“ inclination to the horizontal towards the south. The sample holders on the test stands shall be made of materials that are not subject to corrosion and do not promote contact corrosion. In addit

21、ion, the sample holders must be designed to prevent the samples touching each other and to allow corrosion products not to drain off over other test pieces. 4.2 Sharp, pointed scribing iron. 4.3 Ruler (if required) with adequate length and thickness to guide scribing tool. 4.4 Knife or similar suita

22、ble instrument to remove loosely bonded coating. . 4.5 *-a Scale with millimeter division. 4.6 Suitable container for spraying sodium chloride solution. 4.7 Sodium chloride solution: 5% by mass NaCI reagent grade (minimum requirement DAB 9) and 95 % by mass distilled or deionised water with a conduc

25、unter einem Winkel von (70 k 7)“ Neigung zur Horizontalen in Richtung Sden ausgerichtet ist. Die Probenhalter der Prfstnde mssen aus Werkstoffen bestehen, die keiner Korrosion unterliegen und Kontaktkorrosion nicht frdern. Desweiteren mssen die Probenhalter so ausgelegt sein, da sich Proben gegensei

26、tig nicht berhren und Korrosionsprodukte nicht ber andere Probekrper ablaufen knnen. 4.2 Scharfe, spitze Reinadel. 4.3 Lineal (falls erforderlich) mit ausreichender Lnge und Dicke zur Fhrung des Anreiwerkzeuges. 4.4 Messer oder ein anderes geeignetes Instrument zur Entfernung der lose haftenden Besc

27、hichtung. 4.5 Mastab mit Millimeterteilung .-Y - 4.6 Geeignetes Gef zum Sprhen von Natriumchloridlsung 4.7 Natriumchloridlsung: 5 Massenanteil in Oh NaCI, analysenrein (Mindestanforderung DAB 9) und 95 Massenanteil in O/O destilliertes oder entionisiertes Wasser mit einer Leitfhigkeit I 2 mSlm. 28、60411 TEST METHOD PRFVERFAHREN 5 Procedure The test pieces shall be sprayed thoroughly once per week with the NaCI solution. The NaCI solution shall cover the entire test piece. If the test is performed with the aim of determining the infiltration, the test duration shall be at least 12 , months. In

29、 this event, the infiltration shall be evaluated every three months. Depending on the requirements however, the test can be extended or shortened. Exceptions must be recorded. 6 Evaluation . After completion of the test, the test pieces shall be rinsed under running water and checked for visual chan

30、ges. Existing of blister formation shall be evaluated as specified in DIN 53 209. Existing of edge corrosion and surface corrosion shall be evaluated as specified in DIN 53 210. 6.1 Evaluation of Infiltration at Scratch The visible infiltration to both sides initiated at the scratch shall be recorde

31、d. The infiltration shall be specified as the entire width in millimeters. The width of the surface damaged by corrosion is generally easy to recognise. If necessary, a knife blade or similar tool (adhesive tape also possible) shall be used to strip off the infiltrated coating down to the zone that

32、remains bonded. The infiltration shall be determined as specified in evaluation method 1 (pos. 6.1.1) or 2 (pos. 6.1.2). 6.1.1 Method I Calculation of the arithmetic average from n- individual values d, to d,. Die NaCCLs

34、ung benetzt dabei den gesamten Probekrper. GME 60411 Wird die Prfung mit dem Ziel durchgefhrt, die Unterwanderung zu ermitteln, dann mu die Dauer der Prfung mindestens 12 Monate betragen. Eine Beurteilung der Untenvanderung erfolgt in diesem Fali alle drei Monate. Je nach Erfordernis kann die Prfung

35、 jedoch verkrzt oder verlngert werden. Diese Ausnahmen sind festzuhalten. Issue/ Ausgabe: 1 6 Auswertung Nach Abschlu der Prfung werden die Probekrper unter flieendem Wasser abgesplt und auf sichtbare Vernderungen betrachtet. Vorhandene Blasen werden nach DIN 53 209, Flchenrost und Randrostung nach

36、DIN 53 210 bewertet. Als Unterwanderung wird die Gesamtbreite in Millimetern angegeben. Die

37、Breite der durch Rost beschdigten Flche ist im allgemeinen leicht zu erkennen. Gegebenenfalls kann mit einer Messerklinge oder einem hhnlichen Hilfswerkzeug (auch Klebeband mglich) die unterwanderte Beschichtung bis zur noch haftenden Zone enternt werden. Die Unterwanderung wird nach Auswertungsverf

38、ahren 1 (Pos. 6.1.1) oder 2 (Pos. 6.1.2) ermittelt. 6.1.1 Verfahren 1 Bildung des arithmetischen Mittelwertes aus n-Einzelwerten d, bis d,. Abstand zwischen den Einzelwerten (10 f 1) mm.
