SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a flexible thermoplastic elastomeric injection molding compound consisting of polyester modified with polybutylene phthalate alloy (TEEE+PBT)
3、. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally to be used for the second surface of a two-shot air bag covers. First surface applications must be painted with an ultraviolet and heat resistant paint (WSS-M15J13-A). 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Mater
4、ial suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1.1 All requirements of this specification, identified by symbol (s), shall be met with data representing 3 sigma values. 3.4 MOLDED TEST SPECIMEN 3.4.1 Preparation of Tes
5、t Specimens Unless otherwise specified all tests shall be carried out on injection molded one-end gated test specimens. The following dimensions are required: 120 x 10 x 4.0 +/- 0.2 mm (Type 1BA of ISO 527-2) Specimens with shorter dimensions shall be cut from the center portion of the test specimen

No annealing allowed. 3.4.2 Density 1.11-1.14 g/cm3(ISO 1183, Method A) 3.4.3 Hardness, Durometer D 57 - 62 (ISO 868, 15 s dwell) (s) 3.4.4 Tensile Strength at Break, min 16.6 MPa (ISO R 527-1/2, 50 mm/minute test speed) (s) 3.4.4.1 Elongation at Break, min 200% (Test Method according to para 3.4.
