National foreword This standard (EN 15566:2016) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 256 “Railway applications” (Secretariat: DIN, Germany). The responsible German body involved in its

7、ised; b) the amendment in Clause 3 “Working capacity” (3.8) has been deleted and “intermediate coupling systems for permanent coupled wagons” have been redefined as “permanent coupling system”; c) in Clause 4, requirements for compressive loads for draw hooks and draw gear have been rendered more pr
8、ecise and are explained; d) in Clause 7, the values have been changed from required to mandatory and are given in SI units; e) changes have been made in Annex A with respect to the implementation of the dynamic tests: the test load for the residual strength has been redefined; the macrographic and m
9、icrographic tests have been added; acceptance criteria have been added; Tables A.2 and A.3 have been modified (the lines “survival probability” and “safety factor” have been deleted); DIN EN 15566:2016-12 3f) Annex E and Annex F have been revised to achieve a similar structure and the requirements o
10、f the raw material are defined in the new Table E.1 and Table F.1. The marking in Annex E and Annex F has been moved to the new Annex H “Marking”; g) Annex G has been revised; the maximum deviation of type test to production test has been specified; Table G.2 has been revised; h) a new Annex H Marki
