Scope*1.1 This specification2covers nickel-chromium-molybdenum-columbium alloys (UNS N06625 and UNSN06852) and nickel-chromium-molybdenum-silicon alloy(UNS N06219)* in the form of cold-worked seamless pipe andtube. The general requirements for pipe and
4、 tube are coveredby Specification B829.1.1.1 UNS N06625 products are furnished in two grades ofdifferent heat-treated conditions:1.1.1.1 Grade 1 (annealed)Material is normally em-ployed in service temperatures up to 1100F (593C).1.1.1.2 Grade 2 (solution annealed)Material is normallyemployed in serv
5、ice temperatures above 1100F (593C) whenresistance to creep and rupture is required.NOTE 1Hot-working or reannealing may change properties signifi-cantly, depending on working history and temperatures.1.1.2 Alloys UNS N06219 and UNS N06852 are supplied inthe solution annealed condition only.1.2 The

One test is required for each lot as definedin Specification B829.5.2 If a product (check) analysis is performed by thepurchaser, the material shall confo
18、rm to the product (check)analysis variations in Table 2 of Specification B829.6. Mechanical Properties and Other Requirements6.1 Tension TestThe material shall conform to the tensileproperties specified in Table 1. The sampling and specimenpreparation are as covered in Specification B829.6.2 Hydrost
19、atic or Nondestructive Electric TestEach pipeor tube shall be subjected to either the hydrostatic test or to thenondestructive electric test. The type of test to be used shall beat the option of the manufacturer, unless otherwise specified inthe purchase order.7. Dimensions and Permissible Variation
20、s7.1 Permissible variations for material specified as small-diameter and light-wall tube (converter size) shall conform tothe permissible variations prescribed in Table X1.1 and TableX1.2.8. 21、ctive Electric TestEachpiece in each lot.9. Test Methods9.1 Hydrostatic TestEach pipe or tube with an outsidediameter18 in. (3 mm) and larger and with wall thickness of0.015 in. (0.38 mm) and over shall be tested in accordance withSpecification B829. The allowable fiber stress for material inthe con
22、dition furnished, is as follows:UNS N06625:Grade 130 000 psi (207 MPa)Grade 225 000 psi (172 MPa)UNS N06219:All24 000 psi (165 MPa)UNS N06852:All21 000 psi (145 MPa)9.1.1 When so agreed upon by the manufacturer and pur-chaser, pipe or tube may be tested to 112 times the allowablefiber stress given a
23、bove.9.1.2 If any pipe or tube shows leak during hydrostatictesting, it shall be rejected.9.2 Nondestructive Electric TestEach pipe or tube shall beexamined with a nondestructive electric test as per prescribedin Specification B829.10.
