The (fire retardant) treatment used for the finished cloth shall be identified in sufficient detail for recogni- tion as an approved type.

13、The first article sample shall be manufactured by the sup- plier in the same facilities to be used for the manufacture of the production items. The approval of the first article samples authorized the commencement of production but does not relieve the supplier of responsibility for compliance with
