Abstract. This Commercial product descriptign covers a six gallon nominal c

2、apacity ultrasonic cleaner with a variable temperature heater suitable for branch mounting. Salient characteristics. 1. Dimensions. The cleaner shall have unobstructed internal dimensions not less than 12 inches long by 10 inches wide by 12 inches cleaning med depth. 2. Heater. The clearier shall be

3、 heated by a variable, thermostatically control 1 ed elect r i c heater. of um 3. Generator. The generator chassis may be either integral with the tank or a separate unit that is cable corinscted to the tank. It shall operate at a nominally rated frequency of not greater than 40 kHz. The true cleani

4、ng power output af the tank shall be less than lO Watts per gallon of cleaning medium. 4. MQUntltl9. The cleaner shall be suitable for either placement on a shop bench or mounted in an opening cut in a bench top. 5. Drain, The cleaner shall be fitted with a bottom drain. 6. Cover. The cleaner shall

5、be supplied with its customary lift-off cover, 7. Basket. The cleaner shall be supplied with its customary stainless steel parts basket. 8. Cleaning Medium. The ultrasonic cleaning medium shall be water with readily available appropriate cleaning agents added such as soaps, detergents, or wetting ag

The cleaner shall be furnished complete with all items normally supplied to non-military customers. use after bench mounting, tank filling, connection to an electric power supply, and tank drain hook-up. The cleaner shall be ready for Contractor Certification. The contractor shall

9、 certify and maintain substant- iating evidence that the product offered meets the salient characteristics of this Commercial Item Description, and that the product conforms to the producers own drawings, specifications, standards and quality assurance practices. The government reserves the rights t

10、o require proof of such conformance prior to first delivery and thereafter as may be provided for under the provisions of the contract. Metric Products. Products manufactured to metric dimensions will be considered on an equal basis with those manufactured to inch/pound units, provided they fall wit
