13、all only be designated as ir, the following example : Description block Identity block Eti5433-0 LOC K WASHER - Number of EN standard Diameter code (see table) - O - Note - If necessary the originator code 19005 may be introduced between the desciption block and identity block. 5 Marking Each lockwa

14、sher shall be marked ti the position shown on the figure in accordance with the style C defined by EN 2424. 6 Technical requirements 6.1 Bend tests Bend the lockwasher through an angle of 90 near the center of its diameter; the bend shall have a radius of not more than 0,5 B max, After two bending o

15、peratioris the lockwasher shall show no crack. These tests are to be done on 0,l % of each batch pi-oduced. The production lot is defined as follows : the production lot shall consist of finished lockwashers of the same basic part number and diameter formed by the same process from a single material

16、 cast produced as one continuous run: 6.2 Appearance The lockwasher shall be free from cracks, sharp e.dges ur c?ny other defects.
