31、s nearly as possible, an international consensus of opinion on the subjects dealt with. 2) They have the form of recommendations for international use and they are accepted by the National Committees in that sense. 3) In order to promote international unification, the IEC expresses the wish that all

32、 National Committees should adopt the text of the IEC recommendation for their national rules in so far as national conditions will permit. Any divergence between the IEC recommendation and the corresponding national rules should, as far as possible, be clearly indicated in the latter. This Internat

35、onale est applicable aux quipements destins une utilisation portable ou poste fixe pour la surveillance en fonction du temps, des iodes radioactifs en suspension dans lair (par exemple l3lI, 1251) dans lenvironnement ( lextrieur des btiments ou des installations, des hauteurs gnralement comprises en

36、tre un et quelques mtres au-dessus du sol) dune installation nuclaire, dans des conditions de fonctionnement normal, dvnements prvisibles, ou des conditions accidentelles. Dans le cadre de cette norme, la surveillance comprend la collection continue avec, si cela est prescrit, la possibilit dun dmar

37、rage automatique du prlvement. 1.1.2 La prsente norme ne concerne pas lappareillage destin la surveillance de la radioactivit associe aux effluents gazeux (en sortie de chemine). De tels matriels sont couverts ar les normes CE1 761-1 761-5. Cette norme ne concerne pas la surveillance de liode I. P29

38、 1.1.3 Les espces chimiques spcifiques diodes radioactifs peuvent tre collectes slectivement par un matriel de prlvement spcialis, selon les prescriptions dfinies par convention entre le constructeur et lutilisateur. 43、IRONMENT SECTION 1: GENERAL 1.1 Scope and object 1.1.1 This International Standard is applicable to equipment intended for transportable or installed use for monitoring, as a function of time, airborne radioactive iodines (e.g. I, 1251) in the environment (outside of buildings or facilities, at heig

44、hts typically from one to a few meters above the surface) of a nuclear facility during normal operations, during anticipated operational occurrences or during accident conditions. For the purpose of this standard, monitoring includes the continuous sample collection with, if it is required, the capa

45、bility to automatically initiate sampling. 131 1.1.2 This standard does not include equipment intended for monitoring radioactivity associated with gaseous effluents (at the stack). This type of equipment is covered in IEC 761-1 through IEC 761-5. This standard does not include monitoring for l2I. 1

46、.1.3 Specific chemical species of radioactive iodines may be selectively collected by specialized sampling equipment according to the requirements specified by agreement between manufacturer and user. Such samples should be in the form appropriate for labo- ratory analysis. The radioactive iodines m

47、ay be gaseous, vapour or aerosol form. 1.1.4 This standard is restricted to equipment for monitoring radioactive iodines in the atmosphere and does not address sample extraction and subsequent laboratory analysis. 1.1.5 This standard does not specify tests with atmospheric radioactive nuclides. Thes

48、e may be treated in a future supplementary publication. 1.1.6 The object of this International Standard is to identify specific standard require- ments, including technical characteristics and general test conditions. 1.1.7 This standard provides criteria for the design, selection, functional testin

49、g and calibration of the instruments needed to perform the designated measurements. 1.1.8 The general requirements concerning detection and measurement of ionizing radia- tion and nuclear instrumentation are given in IEC 50(391) and IEC 50(392). Additional terms concerning radiation protection are given in IEC 860.
