14、itue le deuxime chapitre dun ensemble de cinq chapitres du VE1 consacrs la production, au transport et la distribution dnergie lectrique conformment au plan suivant: Chapitre 601 : Gnralits Chapitre 602: Production Chapitre 603: Planification et conduite des rseaux Chapitre 604: Exploitation Chapitr

15、e 605: Postes Ces chapitres constituent une rvision du groupe 25 de la deuxime dition du VE1 publie en 1965 et ont t prpars, partir de 1968, par le groupe de travail I/GTp 601 dont le Secrtariat a t assur successivement par le Comit national de lUnion des Rpubliques Socialistes Sovitiques puis, part

16、ir de 1976, par le Comit national allemand. Le chapitre 602 (Production a t conu volontairement de faon trs restrictive quant son domaine de terminologie. Les matriels de production ont t principalement considrs daprs les fonctions quils remplissent et lon na retenu que le petit nombre de termes nce

17、ssaires aux planificateurs et aux exploitants de rseaux. Le chapitre 602 reste donc essentiellement un chapitre dlectrotechnique qui exclut, autant que possible, tout dtail de construction dans la dfinition des matriels. 21、 a special interest therein are represented, express, as nearly as possible, an international consensus of opinion on the subjects dealt with. 2) They have the form of recommendations for international use and they are accepted by the National Committees in that sense. 3) In order to promote interna

22、tional unification, the I EC expresses the wish that all National Committees should adopt the text of the IEC recommendation for their national rules in so far as national conditions will permit. Any divergence between the I EC recommendation and the corresponding national rules should, as far as po

23、ssible, be clearly indicated in the latter. PREFACE This publication forms the second chapter of a set of five chapters of the IEV dealing with the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity, in accordance with the following pian: Chapter 601 : General Chapter 602: Generation Chapter 6

24、03: Power system planning and management Chapter 604: Operation Chapter 605: Substations These chapters are a revision of Group 25 of the second edition of the IEV published in 1965 and have been in preparation since 1968. The work has been carried out by Working Group I/WGp 601, the Secretariat dut

25、ies being held by the National Committee of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics until 1976 and by the German National Committee since then. The terminology of Chapter 602 “Generation” has intentionally been restricted to cover only a very limited field. Generating equipment has been considered p

26、rimarily on the basis of its function and only the few terms needed by system planners and operators have been selected. Chapter 602 thus remains essentially an electrotechnical chapter which excludes, as far as possible, any constructional details in the definition of equipment. A first draft, Docu

27、ment l(1EV 602)(Secretariat)l156, was circulated for comments in February 1980. After an enlarged meeting of Working Group WG 601 held in Paris from 1st to 3rd October 1980, a second draft, Document l(1EV 602)(Central Offce)ll52, was submitted to the National Committees for approval under the Six Mo

28、nths Rule in January 1981.
