Der Projektingenieur muss sich,

23、um Aufgaben in der Projektarbeit bernehmen und erfolgreich ab-schlieen zu knnen, folgende Kernkompetenzenaneignen: Managementkompetenz Fhrungskompetenz soziale Kompetenz fachlich-methodische Kompetenz persnliche Kompetenz Basis dafr ist sein technisches Wissen. 1 Scope One reason for the compilation

This guideline thus defines the minimum requirements in terms of content and structure of a qualification as a project engineer. The basis for this is t

25、he occupational profile “pro-ject engineer” in accordance with VDI 6600 Part 1.This guideline provides orientation for: engineers working in practice who have com-pared their own skills with the generally ac-knowledged occupational profile “project engi-neer” defined in VDI 6600 Part 1 and would lik

26、e to receive the corresponding qualifications personnel developers who want to compile and realise educational concepts and training meas-ures for their technical and management staff who are to be deployed in the future as project engineers senior managers who want to develop their own employees fo

27、r project management tasks and al-low the acquired skills and abilities to be im-plemented The guideline points out the high requirements posed on a project engineer. In order to accept tasks in project work and bring them to a successful conclusion, the project engi-neer must acquire the following

The resources available for fulfilling the task are limited. Project engineer A project engineer organises, plans and controls project

34、s in a professional manner. These projectsare implemented mainly in a technical-industrial environment. Project engineers work as project managers, or as experts for project management answering to the project manager. Project management Project management within the meaning of this guideline is lea

35、ding (i. e. implementing appropriate behaviours in the organization), planning and con-trolling a project. 36、e Qualifizierung zum Projekt-ingenieur ist ein Hochschul- oder Fachhochschul-abschluss in Ingenieur-, Naturwissenschaften oder vergleichbaren Ausbildungsgngen. Nach seinerAusbildung hat der zuknftige Projektingenieurerste Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit gesammelt. 3 Conditions for qualification as a

37、projectengineer One prerequisite for qualification as a project en-gineer is a third level or technical college qualifica-tion in engineering, science or similar areas. After his studies the future project engineer has gained experience in project work. 4 Konzept fr die Qualifizierung zum Projekting

38、enieur Das Konzept setzt voraus, dass der Teilnehmer der Qualifizierung zum Projektingenieur bereits inProjekten mitgearbeitet hat oder sich unmittelbardarauf vorbereitet. Dies hlt ihn dazu an, Lerninhalte und Erfahrungen seiner Projektingenieur-Ausbildung whrend ihrergesamten Dauer an realen Projek

39、ten aus seinempersnlichen Umfeld zu spiegeln und zu erproben. Den Praxisbezug der Qualifizierungsmanahmefrdert und steuert er, indem er eigene Projekte alsBeispiele zur Verfgung stellt. So trgt er dazu bei,die jeweiligen Ausbildungsinhalte anwendungsnahzu gestalten. In ausbildungsbegleitenden Praxis

40、phasen setzt erdie Inhalte seiner Qualifizierung direkt in seinetgliche Arbeit um. Sein Arbeitsumfeld und seinEinsatzprofil untersttzen ihn dabei. Um den Praxisbezug zu gewhrleisten, gliedert sich die Qualifizierung in mehrere mehrtgige Module, die sich ber einen Zeitraum von mindes-tens einem Jahr

41、erstrecken. 4 Concept for the qualification as a project engineer The concept demands that the person wishing to qualify as a project engineer has already worked in projects or is preparing directly for such work. This ensures that he has to mirror and test the train-ing content and the experience g

42、ained over the whole duration of his project engineer training in real projects from his personal environment. He promotes and controls the practical applicability of the contents of his qualification course by provid-ing his own projects as examples. In this way he contributes towards giving the tr

43、aining content a practical orientation. In the practical phases during the training course, he implements the content of his qualification di-rectly in his daily work. His working environment and his job profile support him in this. In order to ensure that there is a practical reference, the qualifi

44、cation is divided into a number of mod-ules each lasting several days and extending over a period of at least one year.
