Die Kennzah-len sind dazu geeignet, die Effizienz der Produktions-logistik in der Stck

23、gterindustrie branchenunabhn-gig zu messen. Neben dem Einsatz der Kennzahlenim Rahmen von Benchmarkingstudien knnen dieseauch fr ein innerbetriebliches Controlling genutztwerden.Benchmarking ist der kontinuierliche, systematischeVergleich des eigenen Unternehmens mit anderenUnternehmen, um die Leist

24、ungsfhigkeit der eigenenOrganisation zu verbessern. Wesentlicher Bestandteildes Benchmarkings ist die Messung der Effizienz derbetrachteten Prozesse mit Hilfe von Kennzahlen. Da-bei hngt die Aussagefhigkeit der Kennzahlen ins-besondere von der einheitlichen Erhebung durch dieVergleichsunternehmen ab

Durch die eindeutigeDefinition der Kennzahlen in dieser Richtlinie wer-den die Voraussetzungen zur einheitlichen Erhebunggeschaffen.Die Richtlinie VDI 4400 umfasst neben dem vorlie-genden Blatt 2 auch Richtlinienbltter fr die Berei-che Beschaffung und Distribution.Im Abschnitt 2 wird zunchst die A

26、bgrenzung derProduktion vorgenommen. Daraufhin wird das Kenn-zahlensystem vorgestellt (Abschnitt 3), das zurStrukturierung der Kennzahlen dient. In Abschnitt 4werden der Aufbau der Definitionsbltter und die zurErhebung der Kennzahlen wesentlichen Zusammen-hnge erlutert, bevor in den Abschnitten 5, 6

27、 und 7die einzelnen Definitionsbltter der Kennzahlen auf-gefhrt werden.2 Abgrenzung der ProduktionslogistikDie Abgrenzung der Produktionslogistik erfolgt hin-sichtlich zweier Aspekte. Zum einen werden die Pro-zesse definiert, die dem Untersuchungsobjekt zuge-rechnet werden. Zum anderen werden die Wa

28、ren de-finiert und zu Artikelarten zusammengefasst, die imRahmen der zuvor abgegrenzten Prozesse produziertbzw. zur Produktion verwandt werden und somit derProduktionslogistik zugerechnet werden mssen.Neben dem gesamten Produktionsbereich einesUnternehmens ist es hufig sinnvoll, bestimmte Teil-berei

29、che isoliert fr ein Benchmarking heranzuzie-hen. Ein solcher Teilbereich wird daher im Folgendendurch den abstrakten Begriff des Untersuchungs-objektes bezeichnet.1 IntroductionThe aim of this guideline is to lay the foundation forbenchmarking in production logistics by defining in-dicators (charact

30、eristic values). The indicators can beused to measure the efficiency of the production lo-gistics of piece goods in any sector. As well as beingused within the framework of benchmarking studies,the indicators can also be used for internal controllingpurposes.Benchmarking is the continuous, systemati

31、c compar-ison of ones own company with other companies inorder to improve the performance of ones own or-ganisation. An essential part of benchmarking ismeasuring the efficiency of the observed processeswith the aid of indicators. The validity of the indica-tors depends particularly on the companies

32、 beingcompared having a uniform method for collection ofthe data. The clear definition of the indicators in thisguideline creates the preconditions necessary forstandardised data collection.As well as Part 2 deals with the logistic indicators forproduction, the VDI 4400 also contains guidelinesfor t

33、he areas of procurement and distribution.Section 2 first deals with the definition of production.Then the indicators structuring system is introduced(Section 3). Section 4 explains the layout of the defi-nition sheets and the main aspects of the collection ofindicator data before Sections 5, 6 and 7

34、 deal with theindividual definition sheets for the indicators.2 Definition of production logisticsProduction logistics is defined in terms of two differ-ent aspects. On the one hand, the processes assignedto the subject of examination are defined. On theother hand, the goods themselves are defined a

35、ndgrouped in article types produced within the frame-work of the predefined processes or used in produc-tion so that they must be assigned to the field of pro-duction logistics.As well as the observation of a companys productionarea as a whole, it is often useful to observe certainpart-areas in isol

37、1 Definition der Prozesse der ProduktionslogistikDie Produktionslogistik wird im Folgenden in dieHauptprozesse Produktionsplanung und -steuerungund innerbetrieblicher Transport unterteilt.Der Hauptprozess der Produktionsplanung und-steuerung beginnt mit der Produktionsprogramm-planung und endet mit
