18、 Numbering System3.1 FormatThe basic numbering system utilizes 30 or 40 positions to fully describe the various dimensions,types, materials, and characteristics of two diameter (one step) cutting tools.3.1.1 FORMAT30 PositionTwo diameter (one step) cutting tools which comply with the referenced Stan
19、dards.3.1.2 FORMAT40 PositionTwo diameter (one step) cutting tools with flute lengths and/or overall lengths whichdo not comply with the referenced Standards.3.2 Content of Numbering SystemThe numbering system utilizes 30 or 40 positions to fully describe thevarious dimensions, types, materials, and
