Copper alloys are classified by chemical composition and strength
5、or temper designation. 2.0 SCOPE This specification covers the requirements for wrought copper base alloys used in the Companys products. 2.1 RESTRICTED CHEMICAL SUBSTANCES Effective January 1, 2007, all product supplied to the requirements of this specification must comply with the requirements of
6、the MPAPS B-50 specification. 3.0 REFERENCE DOCUMENTS Unless otherwise specified, the latest issue of all referenced standards shall apply. A-16 SAE J 463 4.0 REQUIREMENTS Material purchased to this specification will meet the requirements for chemical composition shown in Table I. Table I is based upon
8、 the standard designation system devised by the Copper Development Association (CDA), and paralleled in SAE Standard J463.
