The concern shall be submitted for closure only after all required work has been completed. 6.5.8 If the assignee does not close the concern by the estimated completion date, the area manager, the SHE Committee Representativ

10、e, and the SCRS manager shall receive automatic monthly e-mail notices starting on the due date. The assignee can be asked to report reason for delay to the SHE Committee. 6.5.9 When the concern is considered adequately resolved, the assignee shall discuss closure rationale with the initiator (if kn

11、own), then change the status from “open” to “closed,” and click on the “save” button. 6.5.10 The closed SCRS report shall be automatically forwarded by e-mail to the initiator (if the initiator provided name and e-mail address) and the SCRS manager for concurrence. 6.5.11 The “SCRS Under Evaluation”

12、 page shall update automatically and displays the message “Proposed Closure In Review Process.” 6.5.12 Disagreement With Proposed Closure: 6.5.12.1 If the initiator disagrees with the closure, an appeal via reply to the closure e-mail message or by calling the S&MA representative within 10 working d

13、ays of closure and explaining their concerns is allowed. 6.5.12.2 The S&MA representative assures the initiators concern is presented to the SHE Committee at their next regularly-scheduled monthly meeting. 6.5.12.3 All concerned parties shall be given an opportunity to address the SHE Committee befo

14、re a decision is rendered. 6.5.12.4 Based on review, the SHE Committee shall either concur with corrective action/closure rationale and close SCRS, or reopen and assign actions as determined necessary. 16、 consult with the SHE Committee Management Representative if management support is needed. 6.5.13 Concurrence with Action(s) Taken: 6.5.13.1 If the initiator and S&MA representative concur with the proposed closure, and the initiator submits an “accept” response, the S&MA representative shall close

17、the SCRS report. 6.5.13.2 If the S&MA representative does not receive a response from the initiator after 10 working days, the S&MA representative shall either close or reopen the SCRS report at his or her own discretion. 6.5.13.3 Once closed, the SCRS shall move to the “Concern Closed Last Month” l

18、isting on the Web page. 6.5.13.4 To assure anonymous initiators and personnel without access to the MSFC Web pages are notified, all concerns closed and the action taken shall be automatically posted on the Supervisor Safety Web Page (SSWP) monthly. 6.5.13.5 Supervisors with direct reports not havin

19、g access to MSFC Web page shall assure this information is distributed to these employees. 6.6 MSFCs MAF 6.6.1 The Safety and Mission Assurance (S&MA) representative or designee located at MSFCs MAF shall perform all activities and have all of the responsibilities listed in this MWI for S&MA and ISB

20、. 6.6.2 The MSFC Office of Center Operation representative or designee located at MSFCs MAF shall perform all the activities and have all of the responsibilities listed in this MWI for the Facilities Management Office (FMO), Environmental Engineering and Occupational Health (EEOH) Office, and the Lo

21、gistics Services Office (LSO). 7. NOTES SCRS reports are accepted, evaluated, and corrected when appropriate, even if the initiator remains anonymous. 8.
