2、 Commission at the eighth, ninth and tenth meetings of its 128th Session on 29, 30 and 31 October 1991, under authority delegated by the Council, took action as indicated hereunder, on the recommendations of the Tenth Air Navigation Conference (1991). 2. 16、ter of urgency to initiate, with the view to an early conclusion, an agreement between ICAO and GNSS-provider States concerning quality and duration of GNSS; b) requested the FANS (Phase 11) Committee to develop plans for the long-term (post-2000) continuity of GNSS.
