4、ng machine by REMOG - Torque wranch, calibrated according to IS0 9001 3.3 Test Vehicle I Test Piece. The drawing specifications shall not be exceeded. 4.1.2 For all tests the main bea

10、ring bolts shall be tightened according to the information given on the drawing. Installation of the main bearing shells is not required. 4.2 Conditions 4.2.1 Environmental Conditions. Not applicable. 4.2.2 Test Conditions. Deviations from the requirements of this test procedure shall have been agre

11、ed upon. Such requirements shall be specified on component drawings. test certificates, reports etc. 4.3 Instructions 4.3.1 Warpage measurement in the following assembly conditions. 4.3.1.1 Tension-free cylinder block 4.3.1.2 Cylinder block and cvlinder head tensioned; tightening torque according to

12、 the information given on the drawing for tightening the cylinder head bolts when cold. 4.3.1.3 Bolt together cylinder block and cylinder head gasket. As in 4.3.1.2, tightening torques are according to drawing. A test shall be carried out to see if a rigidly designed timing case shall be fitted with

13、 gasket, as the cylinder warpage can be affected. 4.3.2 Bolt tightening. For the tests in paragraph 4.3.1, the cylinder head bolts shall be tightened in the order and to the tightening torque indicated on the drawing. The tightening torque of the cylinder head bolts and the designation of the assemb

16、en sind auf mssen auf Prfreugnissen,- Berichten u. dergl. angegeben werden. 4.3 Prfanleitung 4.3.1 Verzugsrnessung bei folgenden Montagezustnde. 4.3.1.1 Zylinderblock ungespannt. 4.3.1.2 Zylinderblock und Zyiinderkopf gespannt Anzugsmoment entsprechend den Angaben zum Kaltanzug der Zylir,derkopfschr

17、auben nach Zeichung 4.3.1.3 Zylinderblock und Zylinderkopfdichtung verschrauben. Anzugsmomente wie 4.3.1.2 nach Zeichung. Es ist zu prfen, ob z. B. ein starr ausgefhrt& Steuergehuse mit Dichtung mit zu verschrauben ist. da ein Einflu auf den Zylinderverzuq vorliegen kann. 4.3.2 Schraubenanzug. Bei d

18、en Versuchen in Abschnitt 4.3.1 sind die Zylinderkopfschrauben in der laut Zeichnung festgelegten Reihenfolge und mit den dort festgelegten Anzugsmomenten anzuziehen Die Anzugsmomente der Zylinderkopfschrauben und die Bezeichnung der Montagewerkzeuge sind zu notieren. For the assembly conditions listed in paragraph 4.3.1, records shall be made in the measurement levels indica

20、ted below of the cylinder liner profiles and polar diagrams using the instruments mentioned in paragraph 3.2. 4.3.3.1 Recording the cylinder liner profiles. When measuring the cylinder liner profiles. the measurement levels given in Appendix 1. Appendix 2 contains an example of such a diagram. 4.3.3

21、.2 Recording the polar diagrams. Polar diagrams for a cylinder length lo0 mrn require division into 12 measuring levels (see Appendix 1) 1 O measuring levels are permissible for cylinder lengths 400 mm. Measuring levels 1 to 3 have been set as follows: 2 mm, 5 mm and 10 mm below the gasket side. Mea

22、suring level 12 is 2mm above the bushing mouth in the honed area. All other measuring levels shall be divided as appropriate and set accoraing to the drawing in Appendix 2 below. Appendix 3 contains an example of such a diagram. 5 Data 5.1 Calculations. Not applicable. 5.2 Interpretation of Results.

23、 The cylinder warpage measurements taken in sections 4.3.1.2 and 4.3.1.3 shall not exceed the following values: Cyl. diameter: up to 75 mm 35 pm max 5 75mm 45pmmax 5.3 lest Documentation. The results of the test shall be put together in a test report. Measurement records and charts shall be included

24、 with the test report where necessary. 4.3.3 Messung. Bei der unter Abschnitt 4.3.1 aufgefhrten Montagezustande sind in den unten aufgefhrten Meebenen Auzeichnungen der Zylindermantellinien und Polardiagramme mit den unter Abschnitt 3.2 aufgefhrten Meageraten a u fiu ne hmen, 4.3.3.1 Aufnahme der Zy

25、linderrnantellinien. Bei der Aufnahme der Zylindermantellinien gelten die Meebenen wie in Anhang 1. Ein Beispiel fr ein solches Diagramm zeigt der Anhang 2. 4.3.3.2 Aufnahme der Polardiagramme. Polardiagramme erfordern bei einer Zylinderlnge lo0 mm die Aufteilung in 12 Meebenen (siehe Anhang 1). Bei

26、 Zylinderlngen e100 mm sind 10 Meebenen Die 1. bis 3. Meebene ist wie folgt festgelegt: 2 mm, 5 rnm und 10 mrn unterhalb der Dichtungsseite. Die 12. Meebene liegt 2 mm oberhalb des Bchsenauslaufes im gehonten Bereich. Alle brigen Meebenen sind geeignet aufzuteilen und nach der Skizze in Anhang 2 unt

27、en festzulegen. Ein Beispiei fr ein solches Diagramm zeigt der Anhang 3. zulssig. 5 Ergebnisse 5.1 Berechnungen. Nicht anwendbar. 5.2 Bewertung der Ergebnisse.
