16、 Procedure 3 Durchfhrung3.1 PreparationTest indentation hardness to GMI 60283, part 7 -4-.OK parts only shall participate in further tests.Cut the samples out of the center of the upholstery(275 x 275 x 80) mm max.Measure sample thickness on new samples (meas-urement gauge).Place samples in test sta

17、nd, load 10 times andmeasure sample thickness after 10 s under 20 kgload.Then the parts shall be ageed for one week =168 h, at + 40C 3 K and a relative humidity of95 %.Use the dial gauge to measure sample thicknessprior to the durability test after a one hour soak atambient temperature.3.1 Vorbereit

19、n undnach 10 s die Probendicke mit 20 kg Belastungmessen.Anschlieend werden die Teile eine Woche = 168 hbei + 40C 3 K und 95 % relativer Luftfeuchtigkeitgealtert (konditionieren).Die Messung der Probendicke mit einer Meuhr vordem Dauerversuch erfolgt nach einer Stunde Lage-rung bei Raumtemperatur.GM
