11、ng a rigid connection in the area of the hinges. Thedoor shall be fastened to the fixture by the hingesand fixed in the lateral direction by means of a stop,in order to prevent the door from opening whenunder load. It shall be ensured that the weight andnature of the door fixation do not have an inf

Due to thehigh torques involved in this test, a check shall beperformed to ensure that the holding fixture itselfdoes not move. Control gauges 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9shall be

15、used for this purpose.Gauges 1 and 2 shall be affixed to the hinge pinand shall determine the extent of deformation.Gauge 3 shall record the deformation of the door inthe H direction, gauge 4 shall measure the dis-placement of the door in the L direction. Since thegreatest deformation is to be expec

16、ted at thesepoints, gauges with a large measuring range shallbe located here.Gauge 10 shall determine the deformation abovethe upper hinge on the reinforcing sheet (see fig. 6).Gauge 11 shall record the deformation below thelower hinge on the reinforcing sheet (see fig. 2).3.1.2 Position der Mepunkt

The force shall be appliedparalle

22、l to the H axis at the door lock in the(H-) direction only.The deformation at the fixation points shall equal 10 % of the deformation at the point of applica-tion of force.The elastic and plastic deformation at gauge 3 shallact as the determining variable for structural stiff-ness in the case of “do

23、or lowering“ load. During thesecond load cycle, the door must not suffer anyfurther plastic deformation.3.3 PrfanleitungDie Kraft wird mittels Gewichten in vier Laststufen20 kg, 40 kg, 60 kg und 80 kg aufgebracht. Zwi-schen den einzelnen Belastungsstufen erfolgt je-weils eine Entlastungsstufe. Die K

24、rafteinleitungerfolgt parallel zur H - Achse am Trschlo aus-schlielich in (H-) Richtung.Die Verformung an den Lagerstellen soll 10 %der Verformung am Lastangriffspunkt betragen.Die elastische und plastische Verformung an derMeuhr 3 ist die magebliche Gre fr die Struk-tursteifigkeit bei Lastfall “Tra

25、bsenkung“.
