ScopeThis test method shall be used to be determine the formability of sound deadener materials used inautomotive body trim applications. The test simulates under laboratory conditio

DefinitionFormability of deadener materials, as determined by this test method, shall be defined as the ability of thematerial, to comply with the contours of a standard steel test panel, when subjected to standard fusingconditions, without tearing.3 Test Pieces and

9、 Number of Test Pieces3.1From the aviable material, test pieces (250 0,5) mm x (53 2) mm x thickness of deadener pad shall betaken. The direction of sampling is unimportant.3.2For initial sample approval and arbitration purposes, at least three test pieces abd for routine quality controlat least one

ZweckDiese Prfung dient zur Bestimmung der Verformungsfhigkeit von Dmpfungsplatten. Die Prfungsimuliert unter Laborbed

13、ingungen das Aufschmelzverhalten in den Produktionsanlagen.2. BegriffUnter der Verformungsfhigkeit von Dmpfungsplatten versteht man die Eigenschaft, bei Aufschmelzen inEinprgungen des verformten Bleches einzuflieen ohne dabei zu zerreien.3. Probekrper und Probenanzahl3.1Aus dem zur Verfgung stehende

14、n Werkstoff werden an verschiedenen Stellen Probekrper mit denAbmessungen (250 0,5) mm x (53 2) mm x Dicke der Dmpfungsplatte entnommen. DieEntnahmerichtung bleibt unbercksichtigt.3.2Bei Erstbemusterungen und in Schiedsfllen sind mindestens 3 Probekrper, zur laufendenQualittsberwachung ist mindesten

The test panels shall comply with the following dimensions.5.3Drying oven capable of maintaining the specified temp

17、eratures within the specified tolerances (Suitable aredrying ovens to DIN 50011, Part 1, Clause 2.2 or BS 2648).6. Procedure6.1Immediately after conditioning test pieces shall be placed centrally on the steel test panel and subjected tothe fusing conditions (as indicated by the relevant coding) of C

20、eschrank, um die vorgeschriebenen Temperaturen einschlielich der Toleranzen einzuhalten(geeignet ist ein Wrmeschrank nach DIN 50011, Teil 1, Abschnitt 2.2 oder BS 2648).6 Durchfhrung6.1Unmittelbar nach der Probenvorbehandlung werden die Probekrper mittig auf das Prfblech gelegt undnach den in Pos. 7
