SCOPE The materi
3、al defined by these specifications is a hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR) suitable for high temperature use, possessing good resistance to refrigerant HFC-134A and polyalkylene glycol lubricants. 2. APPLICATION These specifications were released originally for material used for o-rings us
4、ed on the spring-lock quick-connect and P-nut couplings in the air conditioning system. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.4 MATERIAL
5、TESTING 3.4.1 Preparation of Test Specimens All test specimens shall be die-cut from molded test sheets manufactured from the same material and with equivalent cure to molded parts. The test sheets shall have the following dimensions: 150 x 150 mm, min x 2.0 +/- 0.2 mm 3.5 ORIGINAL PROPERTIES 3.5.1
