32、ation of Radio Application(s) NOTE 1: A functional block includes not only the modem functions in Layer1 (L1), Layer2 (L2), and Layer 3 (L3) but also all the control functions that should be processed in real-time for implementing given Radio Application(s). 49、one single category (the functional requirements category). Requirements are, in turn, organized into groups.
