44、or residential and commercial use indoors or outdoors in nonhazardous locations, installed in accordance with the Rules of the Canadian Electrical Code, Part I, and connecteda) permanently to an electrical circuit of 250 V or less (i.e., a maximum of 150 volts-to-ground); orb) by a factory-provided
