ThisTechnicalReporthasbeenwrittenwiththeobjectiveofprovidingfurtherinformationtotheusersofE

12、N54 2:1997,inparticulartothosewhowerenotinvolvedintheelaborationofthisstandard,inordertoavoidthese misinterpretationsandtoimprovetheunderstandingoftherequirementsofthestandard.
