Terminology3.1 Definitions of Terms Specific to This Standard:3.1.1 clean zone, na defined space in which the concen-tration of airborne particles is controlled to specified limits.3.1.2 cleanroo
17、m, na room in which the air filtration, airdistribution, utilities, materials of construction, equipment, andoperating procedures are specified and regulated to controlairborne particle concentrations to meet appropriate airborneparticulate cleanliness classifications, as defined by ISO14644-1.3.1.3
18、 cleanroom, as-built, na cleanroom that is completeand ready for operation, with all services connected andfunctional, but without equipment or operating personnel in theroom.3.1.4 cleanroom, at-rest, na cleanroom that is complete,with all services functioning and with equipment installed andoperabl
