1、Designation: D7986 15Standard Practice forPreparing Specimens of Hydraulic Erosion Control Productsfor Index Property Testing1This standard is issued under the fixed designation D7986; the number immediately following the designation indicates the year oforiginal adoption or, in the case of revision
2、, the year of last revision. A number in parentheses indicates the year of last reapproval. Asuperscript epsilon () indicates an editorial change since the last revision or reapproval.1. Scope1.1 This practice specifies a set of instructions for preparingsamples of hydraulic erosion control products

Theprocedures used do not consider material variation, purpose forobtaining the data, special purpose studies, or any consider-ations for the users objectives; and it is common practice toincrease or reduce the significant digits of reported data to becommensurate with these consideratio

No other units of measurement are included in thepractice.1.4 This standard does not purport to address
7、 all of thesafety concerns, if any, associated with its use. It is theresponsibility of the user of this standard to establish appro-priate safety and health practices and determine the applica-bility of regulatory limitations prior to use.2.
