Scope1.1 This specification covers coal tar primer suitable for usewith coal tar pitch in roofing, dampproofing, and waterproofingbelow or above ground level, for application to concrete,masonry, and coal tar surfaces.1.2 The valu

The values stated ineach system may not be exact equivalents; therefore, eachsystem shall be used independently of the other. Rejection and Resubmittal7.1 Failure to conform to any of the physical requirementsprescribed in this specification shall constitute grounds forrejection. In the case of rejection, the supplier shall have theright to reinspect the rejected mat

18、erial and resubmit the lot afterremoval of those packages not conforming to the requirements.8. Packaging and Package Marking8.1 All products shall be packaged and labeled in accor-dance with applicable regulations.8.2 Unless otherwise agreed upon between the supplier andpurchaser, each package shal
