Although online chatting and communications are incomplete for the lack of emotional expressions and using of body languages, they have provi

22、ded us with more opportunities to get in touch with people from all walks of society. Today, we can become friends with people who may have no interaction with our life, which used to be impossible without computers. We have the access to freely expressing our own opinions online, and this is also a

23、n important skill in communication. All in all, the reason why were more isolated is a mixture of social changes, and the computer is not the only cause. The accelerated life pace and increased work load are all responsible for our feeling of isolation.
