Scope1.1 This practice provides tables of dimensions of pre-formed insulation that shall be used in fabricating insu

3、lationcovers for use on valves, ells, tees, flanges, and vessels in thepressure range from 150 to 1500 psi (1 to 10 MPa). Thesetables, which are part of this standard, are published separatelyas the ASTM Recommended Dimensional Standards for Fab-rication of Thermal Insulation Fitting Covers for NPS

4、Pipingand Vessel Lagging. The tables were developed to providedimensions for shop fabrication use in forming pipe insulationfitting covers on NPS pipe operating at high temperature andlow temperature. The tables also include dimensions for use informing thermal insulation into curved segments, and l
