Scope1.1 This specification covers welded UNS N06625,2UNSN062192and UNS N088252pipe in the annealed condition(temper) fo
3、r general corrosion applications.1.2 This specification covers pipe sizes in schedules shownin the Permissible Variations in Outside Diameter and WallThickness for Welded Pipe table of Specification B775.1.3 The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regardedas standard. Definition of Terms4.1 Class 1Welded, cold-worked, annealed, and nonde-structively tested in accordance with 9.1.4.2 Class 2Welded, cold-worked, annealed, and nonde-structively tested in accordanc

Ordering Information5.1 It is the responsibility of the purchaser to specify allrequirements that are necessary for the safe and satisfactoryperformance of material orde

United States15.1.9 Purchaser InspectionIf purchaser wishes to witnesstests or inspection of material at place of manufacture, thepurchase order must so state in
16、dicating which tests or inspec-tions are to be witnesses.6. Material and Manufacture6.1 Pipe shall be made from flat-rolled alloy by an auto-matic welding process with no addition of filler metal. Subse-quent to welding and prior to final annealing, the material shallbe cold-worked in either the wel
17、d metal only or both weld andbase metal.6.2 Pipe shall be furnished with oxide removed. Whenbright annealing is used, descaling is not necessary.7. Chemical Composition7.1 The material shall conform to the composition limitsspecified in Table 1. One test per lot shall be performed.7.2 If a product (
18、check) analysis is performed by thepurchaser, the material shall conform to the product (check)analysis variations per Specification B880.8. Mechanical Properties and Other Requirements8.1 Mechanical PropertiesThe material shall conform tothe mechanical properties specified in Table 2. One pipe per
