Scope*1.1 This specification2covers welded UNS N08020,N08024, and N08026 alloy pipe for general corrosion-resistingand low- or high-temperatur
3、e service.1.2 The pipe covered is nominal pipe sizes up to andincluding NPS 6, with the nominal wall thicknesses given asSchedules 5S, 10S, and 40S and nominal pipe sizes up to andincluding NPS 2, also including Schedule 80S. Table 2 ofSpecification B 775 is based on Table A1 of ANSI B36.19 andgives
4、 the nominal dimensions of these sizes. Table 3 ofSpecification B 775 lists the dimensional requirements of thesesizes. Pipe having other dimensions may be furnished providedsuch pipe complies with all other requirements of this specifi-cation.1.3 The values stated in inch-pound units are to be rega

9、therwise providedherein.5. Ordering Information5.1 It is the responsibility of the purchaser to specify allrequirements that are necessary for material ordered under thisspecification. Examples of such requirements include, but arenot limited to, the following:5.1.1 Quantity (feet or number of lengt

Materials and Manufacture6.1 The pipe shall be made from flat-rolled stock by anautomatic welding process with no addition of filler metal.6.2 Heat TreatmentPipe of UNS N08020 alloy shall befurnished in the stabilized-a
12、nnealed condition. Pipe of UNSN08024 alloy shall be furnished in the annealed condition.
