Scope*1.1 This specification2c
3、overs aluminum-alloy (Note 1) dieforgings, hand forgings, and rolled ring forgings as shown inTable 2, Table 3 and Table 4in Section 10 for heat-treatablealloy forgings supplied in the F and 01 tempers. The maximumthicknesses for forgings within the scope of this specificationare as indicated in tho
4、se tables.NOTE 1Throughout this specification use of the term alloy in thegeneral sense includes aluminum as well as aluminum alloy.NOTE 2For forging stock supplied as rolled or cold-finished bar orrod see Specification B211. 5、.2 Alloy and temper designations are in accordance withANSI H35.1/H35.1(M). The equivalent Unified NumberingSystem alloy designations are those of Table 1 preceded byA9,for example, A91100 for aluminum 1100 in accordance withPractice E 527.1.3 For acceptance criteria for inclusion of new aluminumand
