2、t of Defense. PAGE 1 2.1, under “SPECIFICATIONS, MILITARY“, after MIL-E-13856, delete title in its entirety, and substitute: “Electrical Components for Automotive Vehicles, Waterproofness Tests“. PAGE 2 2.1, under “STANDARDS“ and prior to “MILITARY“, insert: “FEDERAL“ and under this heading add: “FE
