In the event of a conflict between the text 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 Materiais- and- parts. Materials and parts shall be in accordance with the applicab

10、le drawings, specifications and standards. 3.2 Mine- assemby. The mine assembly shall comply with all requirements specified on drawing 9343033, all associated drawings, and with all requirements specified in applicable specifications and standards. 3.3 First-artice-inspection. This specification co

11、ntains technical provisions for first article inspection. Requirements for the submission of first article samples by the contractor shall be as specified in the cont.ract. 3.4 Workmanship. The mine assembly shall be fabricated and finished in a thorough, workmanlike manner, It shall be free of burr

12、s, chips, sharp edges, cracks, unblended radii, surface defects, dirt, grease, rust, corrosion products, and other foreign matter. The cleaning method used shall not be injurious to the parts nor shall the parts be contaminated by the cleaning agents. All markings and stampings shall be neat and sha

13、rply defined. mine shall be manufactured and processed in such a manner as to be uniform in quality and free from defects that will affect life, configuration and serviceability. The 4. Testing is described in the First Article and Quality Conformance-inspection tables. . 5.4.4 - Inspection equipment. - The inspection equipment required to perform the inspections and tests prescribed herein is described in the Paragraph/

25、Inspection Method columnn in the tables starting with Paragraph 4.4.2.1. The contractor shall submit for approval inspection equipment designs i.n accordance with the terms of the contract. See Section 6 of MIL-A-48078 snd 6.3 herein. 5 PACKAGING I 5.1 Preservation - and packaging. The mines shall b

26、e preserved and packaged in accordance with Dwg. 9344288. 5.2 Packing. The mines, preserved and packaged, shall be packed for shipment in accordance with Dwg. 9344288. 5.3 .Marking. Marking of the carton shall comply with Dwg. 9344288. 5.4 Shipping. When mines of more than one lot are shipped as a c

27、arload, each lot shall be kept separate and the division between lots clearly indicated to prevent mixing of the lots in transit. 6. NOTES 6.1 Intended use. The mine covered by this specification is intended for tise as a training device. 6.2 Ordering data. See MIL-A-48078. 6.3 Submission of inspect
