Materials shall be in accordance with th

5、e appl i cab1 e drawi ngs and spec if i cat i ons . 3.2 Mine assembly. The mine assembly shall comply with all requirements specified on drawing 9332440 and with all requirements specified in applicable specifications and standards, 3.3 - Workmanship, The mine shall be fabricated and finished in a t

6、horough,.workmanlike manner. It shall be free of burrs, chips, sharp edges, cracks, unblended radii, surface defects, dirt, grease, rust, corrosion products, and other foreign matter. The cleaning method used shall not be injurious to the device nor shall the parts be contaminated by the cleaning ag

7、ents. shall be free of harmful cleaning agents that may be injurious to the mine. All markings and stampings, shall be displayed and visibly defined. The mine shall be manufactured and/or processed in such a manner as to be uniform in quality, and free from defects that will affect life, configurati

8、on and serviceability. 3.4 First article inspection. This specification contains technical provisions for first article inspection. 21、4.3 Testing. Testing is described in the First Article and Quality Conformance Inspection tables. 4.4.4 Inspection equipment. The inspection equipment required to perforin the examination and tests prescribed herein is described in the Paragraph Reference Inspection Method column in the tables of pa

22、ragraphs 4.4.2.1 and 4.4.2.2. The contractor shall submit for approval inspection equipment designs in accordance with the terms of the contract. See Section 6 of MIL-A-48078 and 6.3 herein. 5. PK EPARAT ION FOR DEL I VERY 5.1 Preservation and packaging. Each mine shall be preserved and packaged in

23、accordance with 9342944. 5.2 Packing. The mine preserved and packaged shall be packed for shipment in accordance with 9342938. 3.3 Marking. Marking of the carton shall comply with 9342938. 5.4 Shipping. When mines packages of more than one lot are shipped together, each lot shall be kept separate an

24、d the division between lots clearly indicated to prevent inixing of the lots in transi t. 6. .NITES 6.1 Intended use. The mine covered by this specification is i ntended for use as a training device. 6.2 Ordering data. See Section 6.1 and 6.2 of MIL-A-48078. 6.3 Subrnissi on of inspection equipment
