9、erospace construction. 10、OATED THREADS The dimensions, prior to coating, shall be compatible with both : - the thickness of the coating adopted, - the limiting dimensions specified in this standard. The standardised tolerances for threads (grade/position) should be used whenever possible, to reduce the number of manufacturi

11、ng and inspection tools. 4 LIMITING DIMENSIONS or c - 4.2 I1 4.1 Validity The limiting dimensions specified in tables 1 to 4 are for components ready for use (coated or uncoated). These dimensions are checked by means of a ring plug gauge having a thread length of : Id-D for nominal d-D 10 mm ustrat

12、ion Figures 1 and 2 show the position as well as the form of the actual profile (min, max) with respect to the basic profile. 30、rcularity and all other errors affecting the form of the thread, shall not exceed 0,5 times the tolerance on the pitch diameter.
