The method is not suitable for the analysis of partia
18、lly lipolysed milk fat (fat acidity 1 mmol of free fatty acids per 100 g of fat). In such a case, the alternative method described in Annex A can be used. 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document.
