13、 bei Planung und Bau von Infrastruktur-projekten muss es sein, Brgerinnen und Brger vor Ort sowie lokale Verbnde, Nichtregierungsor-ganisationen und Brgerinitiativen als Partner zu gewinnen. Nur gemeinsam knnen gesellschaftlich tragfhige Lsungen gefunden werden. Hierzu leistet die Richtlinie VDI 700

14、1 einen Beitrag. Sie gibt in komprimierter Form Grundprinzipien und Standards, die eine gute Kommunikation und f-fentlichkeitsbeteiligung ermglichen. Die Richtlinie VDI 7001 besteht aus zwei groen Abschnitten: a) Allgemeine Anforderungen an gute Kommuni-kation und ffentlichkeitsbeteiligung b) Gute K

15、ommunikation und ffentlichkeitsbetei-ligung in den einzelnen Leistungsphasen der Ingenieurplanung Zudem sind zwei Prflisten zu Gute Kommunika-tion und ffentlichkeitsbeteiligung“ und zu Ver-stndlich kommunizieren“ Bestandteil der Richtli-nie. Die Richtlinie VDI 7001 sensibilisiert fr eine gute Kommun

16、ikation und ffentlichkeitsbeteili-gung bei Infrastrukturprojekten und stellt einen entsprechenden Handlungsrahmen zur Verfgung. Die Richtlinie kann in entsprechender Ausgestal-tung auch fr kleinere Planungsvorhaben (bei-spielsweise Umgehungsstraen) angewendet wer-den. Durch ihre Anwendung lsst sich

17、auch die Wahrscheinlichkeit von Fehlentwicklungen redu-zieren bei Planung, Bauausfhrung, Terminpla-nung und Kostenkalkulation. Only together can socially sustainable solutions be found. Standard VDI 7001 is intended to contribute toward this goal. It con

19、tains, in succinct form, the basic princi-ples and standards which make good communica-tion and public participation possible. Standard VDI 7001 is divided into two major sec-tions: a) General requirements for good communication and public participation b) Good communication and public participation

20、 in the various work phases of engineering plan-ning The two checklists entitled “Good communication and public participation” and “Communicating comprehensibly” are also part of the standard. Standard VDI 7001 raises awareness for good communication and public participation in the case of infrastru

21、cture projects and provides an appropri-ate framework for action. If properly configured, the standard can also be applied to smaller plan-ning projects (for example, bypass roads). Applied properly, it reduces the probability of misguided development in connection with planning, con-struction, sche

No previous knowledge of communi-cation and public participation is required. The necessary basic knowledge and the transition to practical proje

Alle Referenten mssen eine der folgenden fachlichen Qualifikationen nachweisen: abgeschlossenes sozialwissenschaftliches Studi-um (Kommunikationswissenschaft, Politikwis-senschaft, Soziologie) oder langjhrige Erfahrung mit Kommunikation und ffentlichkeitsbeteiligung (etwa als Moderator, Medi

36、ator, Kommunikator) oder gleichwertige Qualifikation. Zustzlich ist die didaktische Eignung nachzuweisen. 4 Instructor qualifications Instructors must have appropriate professional knowledge of communication and public participa-tion in infrastructure projects. All instructors must be able to provid

37、e one of the following specialist qualifications: degree in social sciences (communication stud-ies, political science, sociology) long-standing experience with communication and public participation (e.g. as a moderator, mediator, communicator) equivalent qualification Evidence of educational aptit

38、ude must also be pro-vided. 5 Qualittsmerkmale der Schulungseinrichtungen und Schulungen Um den am Erwerb einer Schulungsqualifikation interessierten Personen eine Mglichkeit der Qua-littssicherung zu geben, bietet die VDI-GBG na-trlichen oder juristischen Personen eine VDI-Partnerschaft an. Interes

39、sierte Referenten knnen nach Vorlage der in Abschnitt 4 genannten Nach-weise und der Manuskripte fr die Schulung eine Bescheinigung der VDI-GBG als zugelassener Referent der VDI 7001 Blatt 1 erhalten. Die VDI-Schulungspartnerschaft ist ein Beitrag der VDI-GBG, um die komplexen Themen der Kommuni-kat

40、ion und ffentlichkeitsbeteiligung bei Planung und Bau von Infrastrukturprojekten zu vermitteln. Die Schulung nach VDI 7001 Blatt 1 wird durch nachfolgende Punkte qualitativ bewertet: Die Schulung wird mit Nennung der Referenten und deren Eignung fr die Schulungsthemen angeboten. Schulungsinhalte, Sc

41、hulungsumfang und Refe-renten entsprechen mindestens den Anforde-rungen dieser Richtlinie. Es sind Schulungen mit maximal 20 Teilneh-mern durchzufhren. Die Teilnehmer erhalten ausfhrliche, schriftli-che Schulungsunterlagen der Referenten. Die Teilnehmer erhalten VDI-Schulungsunter-lagen inklusive de

42、r Richtlinie VDI 7001 und lernen im Verlauf der Schulung, damit zu arbei-ten. Es werden VDI-Teilnahmebescheinigungen aus-gestellt (siehe Anhang). 5 Quality characteristics of training facilities and trainings In order to offer quality training to individuals interested in a training qualification, V

43、DI-GBG offers partnerships with natural or legal persons. After providing the supporting documents speci-fied in Section 4 and the training manuscripts, interested instructors may be certified by VDI-GBG as authorised instructors of VDI 7001 Part 1. The VDI training partnership programme is a ser-vi

44、ce offered by VDI-GBG with the goal of broad-ening knowledge of the complex topics related to communication and public participation in the planning and building of infrastructure projects. VDI 7001 Part 1 trainings undergo qualitative evaluation according to the following points: The training is ru

45、n by named instructors who have verified their ability to teach the training subjects. The training content, scope and instructors meet the minimum requirements specified in this standard. Trainings may only be run with a maximum of 20 participants. The participants will receive detailed written tra

46、ining materials from the instructor. The participants will receive VDI training mate-rials including Standard VDI 7001 and learn how to work with it over the course of the train-ing.
