Projektingenieuresind als Projektleiter ttig oder als Experte fr Pro-jektmanagement dem Projektleiter zugeordnet. 2.2 ProjektProjekte im Sinne dieser Richtlinie sind komplexe,einmalige Aufgaben, die nur durch das Zusammen-wirken verschieden

38、er Bereiche bewltigt werdenknnen. Projekte haben ein klares Ziel, einen defi-nierten Anfang und ein definiertes Ende. Die zur Be-wltigung der Aufgabe einsetzbaren Ressourcen sindbegrenzt. Projekte werden nach ihrer Art und nach ihrer Klasseunterschieden.2.2.1 ProjektartenDie Projektart beschreibt de

39、n Charakter eines Projek-tes nachNeuentwicklung eines Produktes, einer Dienst-leistung oder eines Prozesses oder Anpassung/Weiterentwicklung eines Produktes,einer Dienstleistung oder eines Prozesses.Produkte im Sinne dieser Richtlinie sind materielleund immaterielle Produkte.Prozesse im Sinne dieser

The project engineer must

41、 acquiremanagement competence,leadership competence,social competence,technical competence,personal competence.These are the qualifications required for the taking-on and successful conclusion of tasks in project work(see Section 5). The basis for this is his technicalknowledge.Through his practical

42、 activities the project engineeracquires skills and abilities which qualify him for in-creasingly complex leadership tasks. 2 Definitions 2.1 Project engineerA project engineer organises, plans and controlsprojects in a professional manner. He implementsthese projects mainly in a technical-industria

43、l envi-ronment. Project engineers work as project managersor are assigned to the project manager as an expert forproject management.2.2 ProjectProjects within the meaning of this guideline arecomplex, one-off tasks which can only be masteredby collaboration between various disciplines.Projects have

44、a clear aim, a defined start and a definedend. The resources available for the implementationof the task are finite. A distinction is made between projects according totype and class.2.2.1 Project typesThe project type describes the character of a projectaccording to new development of a product, se
