DRAWINGS WITH SCHEDULE 1.1 Ensure that tender drawings are issued with the schedule of quantities. The drawings may be to any approp

6、riate scale and size and must give at least the infor- mation set out on Drawings H-4.1 - H-4.3. 2. BASIS FOR SELECTION OF SCHEDULED ITEMS 2.1 Subclause 8.3 of SABS 1200 H provides the necessary headings under which i tems for the schedule may be formulated to present, as closely as possible, a true

7、 reflec- tion of the contractors costs. Such items should ensure a soundly based relation- ship between actual costs and tendered prices, thus leading to better pricing, a realistlc basis for the evaluation of variation orders, and a smaller possibility of claims being submitted. The different eleme

8、nts and members of the structure shown on Drawings H-4.1 - H-4.3 have been grouped by types and sizes of elements1 members in the items set out on pages 2, 3 and 4 of the typical schedule in such a manner that the contractor may enter a different price for each level of his unit costs, ranging from

9、heavy steelwork involving a minimum of man-hours and plant- hours per unit mass of steelwork to light steelwork involving a maximum of man- hours arid plant-hours per unit mass of steelwork. 3.
