SCOPE 1. 1 Scope - The Film-Tapes covered by this specification shall be for use in the Selector-Test Programmer, SA- 1447 D/APG-59 (Built-in est (BIT) Programmer) and the Test Set, Missile Control System TS 251 lC/AWG- 10* (FIM) for programmed semiautomatic testing (compos
3、ite) of Missile Control System (MCS) AN/AWG-10. 1. 2 The Film-Tapes themselves are not identified as to classification. Classification - The Film-Tapes shall be classified as Production Copies. 2. Tape material shall be Eastman K
11、odak (19139) Kodalith Ortho film, Type 3, Estar Thin base, Code 3556, Spec 997 or equivalent. 3. 1. 2 Processes - To minimize variations in the properties of the Film- Tapes, processing should be automated to the maximum extent feasible. Any development chemistry is permissible if, as a result, the

The Film-Tapes shall withstand storage temperatu
18、res between -62 to 85C (-79.6 to 185F) without any deleterious effects. 3.2.4.2 Relative Humidity Limits - The Film-Tapes shall operate satisfactorily with a maximum RH of 95%. 3.2.5 Proprietary Names and Drawings - Whenever a proprietary name or drawing appears in this specification, it shall be un

23、uirements: 3.4. 1 Film-Tape Dimensions - The Film, 105mm, dimensions before processing and treatment shall be as shown in Figure 1. a. The base thickness shall be O. 0025 f O. 0002 and maximum thickness O. 0030. b. The length of any 100 consecutive perforations shall be 18.70 f O. 015 CL to CL. c. T
