For rotating bending test, test equipment shall provide
5、 the following functions: 3.1.3.2.1 Revolution speed = 1,070 rpm (steady-speed revolution), approx. 18 Hz. 3.1.3.2.2 For application of axial direction pre-stress, the mounting position shall be adjustable some 3 mm in axial direction. 3.1.3.2.3 The angle shall be adjustable some 3 degrees with resp
6、ect to center line of the crank shaft and torque converter. 3.1.3.2.4 It shall be able to apply torque of 50 Nm. 3.1.3.2.5 Cycle Counter. 3.1.3.2.6 Jig to fix the test sample as indicated in clause 4.2.1. 3.1.3.2.7 Crank shaft and converter substitute jig. 3.1.3.3 Test Apparatus for Torsion Test. A
7、torsional hydraulic actuator with maximum vibrating torque 2,000 Nm, which is equipped with the following devices, shall be used: 3.1.3.3.1 Load Cell suitable for the measuring range. 3.1.3.3.2 Cycle Counter. 3.1.3.3.3 Jigs and fixtures to fix the test sample as indicated in clause 4.3.1. 3.1.3.4 Te
8、st Apparatus for Bolt Loosening Test. A hydraulic fatigue tester with maximum vibrating capacity of 25 KN, which is equipped with the following devices, shall be used: 3.1.3.4.1 Load Cell suitable for the measuring range. 3.1.3.4.2 Vibrational Force Control Unit. 3.1.3.4.3 Cycle Counter. 3.1.3.4.4 J
9、igs and fixtures to apply loads and fix the test sample as indicated in clause 4.4.1. 3.1.4 Test Required Information. To evaluate durability strength of the flexible plate under varying loading conditions, the axial force test, rotating bending test, torsion test and bolt loosening test shall be pe
